Staging Consultations - Consultations are 2 or more hours at the listing to prepare the house for the market.
Long Term Strategic Planning to Sell - We would have meetings to determine and discuss advance decisions and changes that should be accomplished prior to Staging, including painting, color selections, landscaping, remodeling, carpeting, material selections, etc.
Staging Rentals - We specialize in Modern and Contemporary furnishings. We have a large selection of rental furniture, lifestyle accessories and art available.
Preparation Labor - We can provide assistance on an hourly basis to complete needed preparation, editing, organizing or packing.
Paint Color Consultations - Paint color is tricky, and paint trends vary from moment to moment. Paint selections will include consideration of existing building materials, lighting, furnishings, wall condition, architectural style, room flow and buying trends.
Materials Selection - We can make materials selections to repair damage or just increase the value of your house. Materials selection may include carpet, tile, counter tops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, etc.
Landscaping - Curb appeal is impression number one when a buyer tours your house. We will recommend landscaping and plant suggestions, from simple pots to more extensive yard plans. We can work directly with your chosen landscaper or suggest one, if required.
House Remodel Consultations - We work with Investors and Home Owners.
Airbnb, VRBO and Executive Apartment Design and Styling - We can design your space, select furnishings and boost the value of your rental space.

Staging Consultations can be for owner occupied houses or unoccupied houses and occur close to the time you actually list your house. Long Term Strategic Planning helps you formulate your House Plan for what you can do to increase your return on investment when you are eventually ready to sell. The process focuses on activities that start now and may continue well into the future. We will compile a working list of potential actions or projects to accomplish prior to listing your house. That meeting can occur months or years before you sell.
For Staging unoccupied houses, TWEAK has an extensive collection of rental furniture, lifestyle accessories and art. In owner occupied homes, we work with the owner’s collection of furnishings. Additionally, we offer design and purchase services, as required.
