Worse yet, you may just make hasty decisions without much thought, aka the “rip the band-aid off” approach. Our Re/Design Services include:
Space Planning - We can provide consultation on how to rework your existing space to improve traffic flow, create open concept spaces, define challenging spaces, or add space.
Long Term Strategic Planning to Sell - We can meet to determine and discuss advance decisions and changes that should be accomplished prior to Staging to sell, including painting, color selections, landscaping, remodeling, carpeting, material selections, etc.
Furniture, Accessories & Artwork Purchase - We specialize in Modern and Contemporary furnishings, but have the vision and experience to work with your style and budget.
Paint Color Consultations - Paint color is tricky, and paint trends vary from moment to moment. Paint selections will include consideration of existing building materials, lighting, furnishings, wall condition, architectural style, room flow and buying trends.
Materials Selection - We can make materials selections suggestions for you to purchase or order through our wholesalers when possible. Materials selection may include carpet, tile, counter tops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, etc.
Landscaping - We can recommend landscaping and plant suggestions, from simple pots to more extensive yard plans. We can work directly with your chosen landscaper or suggest one of our preferred vendors.
House Remodel / New Build Consultations - We can work with you on your builder’s / general contractor’s plans. We will discuss your questions and concerns, review the necessary selections, make suggestions and place orders where appropriate.
Preparation Labor - We can provide assistance on an hourly basis to complete needed preparation, ordering, editing, organizing or packing.
Airbnb, VRBO and Executive Apartment Design and Styling - We can design your space, select furnishings and boost the value of your investment rental space.

Many of my clients began as Staging clients. They remembered my ability to visualize and maximize the possibilities of space. You want answers and action, and I can provide both of those with direct communication, hands-on consultations and complete follow ups. We will meet for an initial consultation where we will review your vision, timelines and budget. Then I will present options and propose solutions.
